Welcome to PSG ACADEMY JAPAN!
My name is Peter Kirov, and I am the Technical Director of PSG ACADEMY JAPAN. It is an honor to represent Paris Saint-Germain, a club globally recognized for its excellence and achievements. It is a privilege to lead the academy here in Japan, managing our coaching staff and training the next generation. In my experience, Japanese youth players are among the most intelligent, hardworking, and talented individuals I have ever coached.
My primary focus as Technical Director is to ensure our coaching staff provides the highest standard of training, helping every boy and girl develop their skills and fulfill their full potential.
I firmly believe that sports and education can go hand in hand very successfully. We encourage our academy players to excel both on the football pitch and in their studies, applying the same dedication to both.
Our responsibility is to create a safe and fair environment where we develop not only technical skills and tactical knowledge but also strong character. We emphasize respect—towards parents, coaches, officials, and peers—alongside teamwork, creativity, and the ability to express oneself. Our goal is to help young players grow into successful athletes and outstanding citizens of our communities.
Once again, I would like to welcome all our academy players, their very supportive parents, and our partners. I look forward to meeting all of you on and off the football pitch!

The Elite Class is designed for players aiming to compete at a higher level. Admission requires passing our regularly scheduled “Tryouts” (Selections). We look forward to challenges from ambitious players.
Yes. We are the official Japanese branch of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy program. Our club spirit, philosophy, and training guidelines are all operated in close coordination with the headquarters in France, strictly following the official methodology.
No, language skills are not required. Training is primarily conducted in Japanese. However, to foster a global environment, English may be introduced during sessions. We also have coaches fluent in English and French, ensuring a welcoming environment for international players.
While players do not attend regular training sessions, there may be exclusive opportunities to interact with them during special events or the “Selection Camps” open only to selected players.
Academy members are required to wear the official Nike uniform (shirt, shorts, and socks). During winter or on colder days, please wear the official Academy tracksuit.
Please bring training shoes. For the Preschool class, comfortable sneakers are acceptable. You are free to wear your own base layers or neck warmers. Soccer balls will be provided by the Academy.
Please bring comfortable sportswear, training shoes (or sneakers), and a drink (water). You do not need to purchase a uniform for the trial session. Equipment such as balls will be provided by the Academy.
We accept automatic credit card payments. Detailed instructions will be provided during the enrollment process.
Yes. If you register your absence before the class starts, you can participate in a “make-up class” on a different date or at a designated location (subject to availability). Please note that make-up credits become invalid if you suspend or cancel your membership.
We apologize, but we do not offer refunds for missed classes. We encourage you to utilize the make-up system to ensure you receive your training opportunities.
