PSG ACADEMY JAPAN Membership Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (General Provisions) These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) apply to all relationships regarding the use of the soccer school “Paris Saint-Germain Academy Japan” (hereinafter referred to as “the Academy”) operated by Maruhei Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Applicants seeking to join the Academy and members (including their guardians in the case of minors) shall abide by these Terms.

Article 2 (Purpose) The purpose of the Academy is to improve soccer skills, foster sportsmanship, and develop players with an international perspective based on the official training methodology of Paris Saint-Germain.

Article 3 (Membership Eligibility) Persons eligible to join the Academy shall satisfy the requirements listed in the following items:

1. Those who have agreed to these Terms and the coaching policy of the Academy.

2. Those who are in a state of health suitable for engaging in sports.

3. In the case of minors, those who have obtained the consent of a guardian.

4. Those who have undergone screening by the Company and whose enrollment has been approved.

Article 4 (Enrollment Procedures)

1. Applicants shall apply for enrollment in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and membership status is acquired at the time the Company accepts the application.

2. Members shall pay the initial costs required upon enrollment (admission fee, annual membership fee, sports insurance fee, uniform fee, etc.) by the prescribed deadline.

Article 5 (Membership Fees, etc.)

1. Members shall pay the monthly membership fees and other costs separately stipulated by the Academy via the designated method (credit card payment, bank transfer, or convenience store payment).

2. Admission fees, annual fees, monthly fees, etc., that have already been paid shall not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

3. In the event that payment of fees is delinquent, the Academy may suspend the member’s instruction or expel the member.

Article 6 (Training and Instruction)

1. Members shall take training in accordance with the schedule and curriculum established by the Academy.

2. In principle, training will be held even in rainy weather; however, it may be cancelled due to stormy weather, poor ground conditions, or other force majeure. Cancellation notices will be sent by one hour before the start time.

3. In the case of absence due to personal reasons, make-up classes may be permitted based on separately stipulated regulations, but in principle, no refunds will be made.

Article 7 (Attire and Equipment)

1. Members must wear the uniform designated by the Academy (NIKE kit) when participating in training.

2. Equipment such as, training shoes, and shin guards (leg guards) shall be prepared and managed at the member’s own responsibility.

Article 8 (Compliance and Prohibited Acts) Members shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Acts that violate these Terms or the instructions of the Academy’s coaches.

2. Nuisance, defamation, verbal abuse, or acts of violence against other members, coaches, or staff.

3. Acts that damage the honor or credibility of the Academy.

4. Acts of intentionally damaging facilities or equipment.

5. Acts intended for political, religious, or commercial activities.

Article 9 (Expulsion and Loss of Qualification) If a member violates these Terms, or if the Academy deems the member unsuitable, the Company may expel said member.

Article 10 (Leave of Absence and Withdrawal)

1. Members wishing to take a leave of absence or withdraw must complete the prescribed procedures by the 20th of the month prior to the desired month. If the deadline is passed, the membership fee for the following month will be incurred.

2. If there are any unpaid fees at the time of withdrawal, they must be paid in full immediately.

Article 11 (Accidents and Damages)

1. Accidents or injuries occurring during Academy activities shall be handled within the scope of the subscribed sports safety insurance, and the Company and instructors shall bear no further liability (except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company).

2. The Academy bears no responsibility whatsoever for theft or loss of members’ property, or troubles between members.

Article 12 (Handling of Portrait Rights) Members agree that photos and videos taken of Academy activities may be used for public relations activities (official website, SNS, brochures, advertising media, etc.) of the Academy or Paris Saint-Germain Headquarters.

Article 13 (Personal Information) The Company shall appropriately manage and use personal information obtained from members in accordance with the separately stipulated “Privacy Policy.”

Article 14 (Revision of Terms) The Company may revise these Terms when it deems necessary. Revised Terms shall take effect upon announcement on the official website or similar media.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction in the first instance for any disputes arising regarding the operation of the Academy.
