Initial Fees: Payment must be made by the deadline designated by the Academy. Monthly Fees: Automatic withdrawal on the designated date (Credit Card). |

Services (Training): Available immediately after enrollment procedures are completed. Goods (Uniforms, etc.): Handed over or shipped after the prescribed procedures are completed. |
| Returns and Cancellations (Refund Policy) |
Services (Academy Membership): Due to the nature of the service, returns are not accepted. In accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions, admission fees, annual fees, and monthly fees once paid will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever. Goods (Uniforms, etc.): Exchanges are accepted only for initial defects if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Returns due to member convenience (e.g., size exchange) may not be accepted. |
| Withdrawal / Leave of Absence |
To withdraw or take a leave of absence, members must complete the prescribed procedures by the 20th of the month prior to the desired month. (e.g., To withdraw starting April, procedures must be completed by March 20th). If the deadline is passed, the membership fee for the following month will be incurred. |
